Flintoff’s return is delayed for England

Andrew Flintoff who inspired England’s to regain Ashes will be returning to ODI games after six to eight weeks following a surgery in his knee.

Flintoff who decided to quit the test in order to concentrate on ODI is undergoing surgery arthroscopy and micro-fracture surgery to his right knee. On-going rehabilitation will be determined time to time by the surgeon, told ECB.

Veteran English alrounder might return during the next domestic season if he is not injuring again in lucrative Indian Premier League (IPL).

Earlier Flintoff told that he would quit international cricket after seeing England wins world cup 2011.
